Model Release

It is important for you and for us, that we are in agreement about what the pictures and your data will be used for. This is the purpose of this agreement (in photographer’s lingo also called “Model Release”).

In short: We are get to use the pictures taken of you for our photography project “The World in Berlin” (exhibitions, publishing as a book, website, advertising for the project). In this context we are entitled to publish pictures and data provided by you like first name, place of birth as well as your answers to interview questions. You will get copies of pictures taken (files) and may use this for your own purposes without restrictions.

Here you can find the project flyer, describing the project.

193+ Countries

193 & More Countries
There are 193 sovereign states that are members of the United Nations (UN). Two other countries, the Holy See and the State of Palestine have observer status at the UN and there are some more complicated cases. Many (all?) of them are present in Berlin, which is one of the most international cities in Europe. In our project "The World in Berlin", we portray people from as many different countries as we can.
